Inter-Action: Aspects of communication at work (4 SWS)
(6 ECTS)

In this course we deal with different aspects of communication - both in a theoretical and a practical way. It provides an introduction to communication theory and presents different forms of communications such as presentation and moderation. Aims of the course are to develop written and oral communication skills and to establish a better understanding of interpersonal and group skills.
This course is organised in a seminar and a practical. In the seminar we choose a more theoretical approach to the issues while in the practical we want to train your personal skills. Continuous and active participation is expected.

The course will take place as a block after the semester. The final decision on date and time will be made by all participants at a a preliminary meeting on 30.04.02.
