Seminar: Inter-Action: Aspects of communication at work

Inhalt:

In this course we deal with different aspects of communication both in a theoretical and a practical way. It provides an introduction to communication theory and presents different forms of communication such as presentation and moderation. Aims of the course are to develop written and oral communication skills and to establish a better understanding of interpersonal and group skills.
Continuous and active participation is expected.
